Job Title: Project Manager BizApps

Location: Tier-1 Cities in India (Bengaluru, Mumbai, Chennai)

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with solid functional expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to lead ERP implementation projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing end-to-end ERP deployments, ensuring timely delivery, and driving customer success.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage full lifecycle implementation of D365 Business Central/Navision projects.
- Collaborate with clients to gather requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution design, customization, and integration.
- Monitor project progress, timelines, and budgets; ensure adherence to scope and quality standards.
- Conduct workshops, demos, and training sessions for stakeholders.
- Prepare project documentation,



status reports, and risk mitigation plans.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and internal teams.

Required Skills & Experience

- Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP project management with D365 Business Central functional expertise.
- Strong understanding of Finance, Supply Chain, and Operations modules in Business Central.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work in a fast-paced environment.
- PMP or similar certification (preferred).

Education

- Bachelor’s/Master's degree in IT, Commerce, Computer Science, or Business Administration (MBA preferred).
