? Experience: 1+ years

IMPORTANT: This is NOT a Meta/Google performance marketing role. You must have personally managed seller panels and run native marketplace ads.

What You’ll Own

- Manage seller accounts across Myntra, AJIO, Amazon, Flipkart and Nykaa Fashion: catalogues, listings, pricing, promotions, orders, returns and account health.
- Drive profitable growth through platform/SKU sales analysis, forecasting, pricing and conversion.
- Personally launch and optimise native marketplace ads: campaign budgets, bids, keywords, targeting and ROAS/ACOS/TACOS.
- Improve organic visibility through marketplace SEO, keywords, imagery, content, reviews and size availability.
- Plan marketplace-, style- and size-wise inventory; prevent stockouts and move ageing stock.
- Execute events such as Myntra EORS,

work with marketplace KAMs and monitor margins after commissions, fulfilment, discounts, ads and returns.
- Report revenue, GMV, traffic, conversion, inventory and profitability with clear action plans.

Must Have

- 1.5+ years of direct, hands-on seller-panel experience with at least 2–3 major marketplaces.
- Proven experience managing native marketplace ad campaigns (not only Meta or Google Ads).
- Strong Excel/Google Sheets, analytical skills and commercial understanding.
- Fashion/apparel marketplace experience strongly preferred; kidswear is a plus.

Apply: DM or email your CV to [email protected]. Include your current and expected CTC, marketplaces personally managed, native ad platforms used, brands/categories handled, approximate monthly GMV and one measurable growth result.
