About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;) Technical Consultant/Architect based in Noida & Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have solid expertise in ERP customization, complex third-party application integrations, and Agentic AI solution development. You will focus on enhancing the client’s core ERP platform while ensuring seamless integration with multiple industry-specific applications, driving significant business impact.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and implement customizations for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O;).
- Build and manage web service and API integrations between D365 F&O; and third-party applications.
- Deliver complex integrations across industry-specific applications and enterprise platforms.
- Develop Agentic AI solutions, including custom Model Context Protocol (MCP) integrations.
- Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure reliable data exchange, system interoperability,



and performance across integrated applications.
- Support ERP modernization initiatives and contribute to future ERP and Industry Cloud Architecture (ICA) opportunities.

Must-Have Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience in D365 F&O; customization and development.
- Proficiency in developing web services and integrating systems using APIs, including REST-based integrations.
- Experience integrating D365 F&O; with various applications such as HighJump, Truck Scale, RMH, and MTech.
- Experience in Agentic AI solution development.
- Knowledge of custom MCP development and integration.
- Prior experience in the poultry industry preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience.

Nice-to-Have

- Exposure to IBM Enterprise Advantage.
- Experience with Microsoft Teams, SAP, and Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement.
- Understanding of poultry-industry business processes.
