Ensure the complete cleaning & maintenance of Mobile Medical Clinic from inside and outside.
Ensure and fulfill fuel requirement and other necessary requirements of MHC.
Drive and park safely.
Reach & Leave timely from FSDP.
Maintain the Log-Book and verified to Medical Officer at time to time.
Immediate inform to concern supervisor regarding any support. The responsibilities goes to drivers for any type of the scratch, damage & stolen of equipment form MHC.
Submission of the monthly time sheet to Project Coordinator timely.
