We are seeking a seasoned Team Leader/Architect with a strong technical background and leadership experience. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in .NET Core, Angular, SQL, AWS, and a variety of other modern technologies including Java, Spring Boot, iOS, macOS, Docker, and Kubernetes. In this role, you will drive the architectural vision, manage a team of developers, and ensure successful delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure applications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architectural Design and Implementation:
- Lead the design and development of robust, scalable, and maintainable software architecture.
- Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Ensure architectural best practices are followed, including design patterns, scalability, and security.

- Team Leadership and Collaboration
- Lead and mentor a team of developers, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work workplace.
- Conduct code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, UX designers, and QA teams to deliver high-quality software.

- Technology Strategy and Innovation
- Drive innovation by evaluating and implementing new technologies, tools,



and best practices that enhance development efficiency.
- Advocate for and implement best practices in DevOps, continuous integration, and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines using Docker and Kubernetes.

- Project Planning and Management
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and prioritization.
- Provide guidance on technical risks, challenges, and solution trade-offs.
- Track project progress, resolve issues, and ensure timely and efficient project delivery. Technical Skills:
- NET Core & C#: Advanced knowledge and experience building web applications and RESTful APIs.
- Angular: Proficient in front-end development with Angular, Typescript, and related frameworks.
- SQL & Databases: Expert in database design, optimization, and management with SQL and other databases.
- AWS: Deep understanding of AWS cloud services, architecture, and best practices for cloud applications.
- Java & Spring Boot: Solid experience in Java and the Spring Boot framework for backend development.
- Docker & Kubernetes: Proficient in containerization and orchestration, with experience in setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines.

Pay: From ₹1,700,000.00 per year
