Location: Manyata Tech Park (MTP), Bangalore

Position: Customer Support Executive

Qualification: PUC / Undergraduate / Graduate

Experience: Freshers & Experienced Candidates

Salary: Up to 32,000 CTC for Experienced Candidates

Transport: Free 2-Way Cab Facility

Shift Timings: 24/7 Rotational Shifts, Including Night Shifts

Week Offs: 2 Rotational Week Offs

Location-Bangalore

Roles & Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information.
- Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently.
- Maintain explicit, courteous, and effective communication.
- Deliver a positive customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Follow company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve service goals.





Eligibility Criteria PUC, undergraduate, and graduate candidates can apply.

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.

Good English communication and interpersonal skills are required.

A customer-focused attitude with a willingness to learn.

Ability to handle customer queries with patience and professionalism.

Flexibility to work from the office and manage rotational shifts, including nights.
