Position: Domestic IT Recruiter

Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad

Experience: 2–5 Years

Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM IST

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end domestic IT recruitment, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, IIM Jobs, referrals, and ATS databases.
- Build Boolean search strings to identify qualified IT professionals.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
- Manage contract and C2H hiring, including rate negotiations and client coordination.
- Handle RPO and GCC client requirements, ensuring timely candidate submissions.
- Coordinate interviews, negotiate offers, and follow up with candidates.
- Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular pipeline and closure updates.

Required Skills:

- 2–5 years of experience in Domestic IT Recruitment.
- Hands-on experience in contract staffing and C2H hiring.
- Robust Boolean search and job portal expertise.
- Good candidate screening, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Experience with ATS tools and MS Excel.
- RPO and GCC client experience preferred.
