The selected candidates will be responsible for finding available loads, coordinating with brokers and carriers, negotiating rates, and booking loads efficiently to ensure smooth logistics operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Search and find available loads through load boards (Load Link and DAT)
- Contact brokers and negotiate the best possible rates.
- Book loads according to company requirements.
- Coordinate with drivers, carriers, and brokers.
- Handle load confirmations and booking paperwork.
- Track shipment status and provide timely updates.
- Maintain professional communication with clients and partners.
- Meet daily and monthly booking targets.
Requirements
- Positive communication and negotiation skills.
- Knowledge of MS Excel and email.
- Ability to communicate professionally over phone calls.
- Understanding of logistics and load booking (preferred).
- Ability to work in a team and achieve targets.
