Job Title: Godown Dispatcher

Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

Working Hours: As per company schedule

Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and organized Godown Dispatcher to manage the dispatch of goods, maintain stock records, coordinate deliveries, and ensure that all products are packed and shipped accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Receive and process dispatch orders from the sales or office team.
- Verify products, quantities, and quality before dispatch.
- Ensure proper packing, labeling, and documentation of goods.
- Coordinate with delivery personnel, transporters, and courier companies.
- Prepare invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch records.
- Maintain daily dispatch registers and update stock records.
- Ensure timely delivery of goods to customers and dealers.
- Check and report damaged, missing, or incorrect items.
- Coordinate with the godown/store team for stock availability.
- Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of goods in the dispatch area.




- Track shipments and follow up on pending deliveries.
- Submit daily dispatch reports to the concerned department.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 12th pass; graduate preferred.
- Experience in warehouse, godown, or dispatch operations preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge and record-keeping skills.
- Knowledge of invoices, delivery challans, and stock registers.
- Valuable coordination and communication skills.
- Honest, punctual, organized, and responsible.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Accuracy of dispatched goods and quantities.
- Timely dispatch and delivery.
- Proper maintenance of dispatch and stock records.
- Minimum errors, damages, and shipment discrepancies.
- Timely submission of daily dispatch reports.

Salary: As per experience and company standards. Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
