Role & responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end logistics, transportation and dispatch operations.

- Coordinate with transporters, vendors and customers for timely delivery.

- Plan and monitor vehicle placement as per dispatch requirements.

- Handle freight negotiations and transportation cost optimization.

- Ensure proper documentation, including E-Way Bills, invoices, LR and delivery challans.

- Track vehicle movement and ensure on-time delivery of materials.

- Coordinate with Sales, Production, Stores and Accounts departments.

- Monitor loading, unloading and material movement activities.

- Maintain daily dispatch reports, transporter bills and logistics MIS.

- Resolve transportation, delivery and customer-related issues
