Job Overview

Vivaamart Enterprises India Pvt. Ltd., a growing Company, is looking for a skilled and responsible Dispatch Executive / Dispatch Manager to manage its complete dispatch and logistics operations.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring accurate order processing, efficient packing, timely dispatch, courier coordination, shipment tracking, inventory coordination, and smooth PAN India product delivery operations.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end daily dispatch operations.

Ensure accurate order picking, packing, verification, and dispatch.

Verify product quantities, SKU, batch numbers, and order details before shipment.

Coordinate with courier companies and transport partners for shipment bookings and pickups.

Generate shipping labels, invoices, and dispatch documentation.

Monitor shipment tracking and follow up on delayed, lost, or undelivered shipments.

Manage RTO (Return to Origin), damaged shipments, and dispatch-related issues.

Coordinate with warehouse, inventory, accounts, and customer support teams.

Maintain daily dispatch reports, courier records, and shipment MIS.

Monitor pending orders and ensure timely order fulfillment.





Manage dispatch and packing staff to maintain productivity and accuracy.

Ensure proper inventory movement and dispatch documentation.

Develop and maintain effective dispatch processes and operational procedures.

Required Skills & Qualifications

2–5 years of experience in Dispatch, Logistics, or Warehouse Operations.

Experience in E-commerce, FMCG, or Direct Selling Company preferred.

Knowledge of courier booking platforms and shipment tracking systems.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP / Inventory Management Software.

Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to manage high-volume dispatch operations efficiently.

Good organizational skills and attention to detail.

Ability to independently manage dispatch operations.

Salary & Benefits

Salary Range: ₹20,000 – ₹50,000 per month.
