Role & responsibilities

- Receive dealer orders through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
- Record and verify dealer details, product names, quantities, and order requirements.
- Check product availability in Tally Prime and coordinate physical stock verification when required.
- Confirm stock availability and dispatch timelines with dealers.
- Enter accurate billing details and generate sales invoices in Tally Prime.
- Verify product quantities, rates, GST details, and dealer information before invoicing.
- Generate e-way bills and print invoices and other required dispatch documents.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff for product picking, packing, and loading.
- Ensure dispatched goods match the quantities and products mentioned in the invoice.
- Maintain records of orders received, invoices generated, and goods dispatched.
- Track pending orders, stock shortages, and order discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit daily dispatch reports to management.
- Coordinate with sales, accounts, and warehouse teams for smooth operations.
- Perform other operational and administrative responsibilities assigned by management.





Preferred candidate profile

- Candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience in dispatch, billing, or order processing are preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel, GST billing, and e-way bill generation will be an added advantage.
- Freshers are also welcome to apply if they demonstrate a willingness to learn and take responsibility.
