Master Search is retained by an exponentially growing global professional services organization for hiring a senior leader to head its offshore Finance and Accounting operations supporting the US and Latin American markets. The role leads large scale billing and accounts management operations and calls for mature engagement with senior finance executives.

We invite senior talent from large, well established global outsourcing and consulting environments known for high scale F&A; delivery, complex transformations and strong governance models. The role requires strong operational leadership, polished communication skills and the presence to influence C suite stakeholders.

Role Expectations

- Lead multi geography delivery across billing, RTR, PTP, OTC, FP&A; and controllership.
- Manage large teams supporting US accounting processes with explicit direction, discipline and performance focus.
- Drive scale up programs involving rapid team expansion, operational stabilization and capability building.
- Lead end to end transitions and transformations, including migrations of US finance processes and standardization initiatives.
- Maintain rigorous governance, SLA performance and client aligned delivery outcomes.
- Engage CFO level stakeholders with clarity, confidence and mature judgement.
- Build leadership depth,



succession strength and a culture of high accountability and continuous improvement.

Experience Profile Sought

- 12 to 16 years of leadership experience in global shared services or BPO based Finance and Accounting operations.
- Strong record in managing 200 to 300 member delivery organisations across India and offshore sites.
- Deep experience in US accounting processes including month end close, reconciliations, billing, revenue cycles and controllership.
- Proven capability in large transitions, migrations, transformations and process standardization programs.
- Experience in scaling large delivery teams and driving operational excellence in high growth environments.
- Excellent communication ability paired with strong executive presence.
- Maturity to engage senior finance leaders and influence C suite decision making.
- Strong commercial understanding of deal economics and performance levers.
