Role Overview- LTIMindtree is looking for an experienced Engineering Head AI Platform to lead enterprisescale AI platform engineering for global client engagements This role will drive architecture delivery governance and scalable AI solutions across multiple client programs ensuring highquality execution and business impact

Key Responsibilities- Own endtoend AI platform architecture and delivery across client engagements, Define and govern enterprise architecture standards cloud strategy and scalability frameworks, Lead AI platform build orchestration workflows and enterprise integrations, Drive Agile execution sprints releases backlog management with strong delivery accountability, Manage multiclient dependencies stakeholder expectations and crossfunctional coordination, Ensure high availability performance and scalability of AI platforms in production, Oversee production support issue resolution and continuous improvements, Establish DevOps CICD pipelines and engineering best practices across teamsCollaborate with client stakeholders business teams and consulting units to align solutions with business goals





Technical Skills- AI EngineeringAI workflow orchestration enterprisescale pipeline design, Understanding of multimodal AI ecosystems LLMs NLP Vision, Experience with mediacontent operations and metadatadriven systemsStrong exposure to MLOps LLMOps AI lifecycle management, Platform EngineeringDistributed systems and cloudnative architecture, Kubernetes Docker microservices container orchestrationAPI design and enterprise system integrations, Scalable workflow platforms and highperformance systems

Experience Qualifications- 15 years in AI engineering platform engineering enterprise systems, Solid experience in leading delivery for largescale client projects IT services environment, Expertise in cloud platforms AWS Azure GCP, Proven track record in architecture governance and global delivery models

Key Competencies- Strong clientfacing communication and stakeholder management, Ownership of delivery timelines and quality outcomes, Leadership in managing distributed teams across geographies, Ability to balance consulting mindset engineering execution
