Roles and responsibilities: The selected candidate will be inducted into the Digital Integration competency that is a more than a 1300-member team working on large and complex client engagements in India and overseas. The selected candidate is expected to work on building new client relationships and building new business accounts for the competency, by actively working on sales. Additionally, the selected candidate is expected to induct new capabilities within the competency in the area of Blockchain, Tokenisation and Digital Money / CBDC.

Skills: Sales responsibility with demonstrated results, Client relationship management, Portfolio Management with full P&L; responsibility, hands-on experience in Blockchain technology and technology transformation projects as architect/project manager in the recent past.

Tech stack: Blockchain and Digital Money / Tokenisation products, Microsoft stack of technology and tools; depth of expertise and experience will be tested during the assessment of the candidates.

Experience:

1. About 12 - 18 years of overall experience.

Must have P&L; responsibility for international delivery engagements (must be evidenced through data points and reference checks)
3. Must have India sales delivery experience – the recent 10 years or more
4. Must have programme and project management experience in projects.
5. Must have experience in managing vendors and sub-contractors for engagement sales and delivery.
6. Experience on working with clients in India is desired.
7. Must have experience in working for client organisations in India and foreign clients.
8. Must have demonstrable expertise in verbal and written communication.
9. Must be versatile to travel in different locations within India for project work
10. Must have good understanding on large and complex technology led projects.
11. Must have good experience in one particular technology stack.
12. Experience in infrastructure design and implementation will be nice to have (not mandatory)
13. Should have experience in Agile and DevOps methodology
14. Should have PMP certification or TOGAF certification
