Job Summary We are hiring enthusiastic and technically motivated Diploma Trainee Engineers and ITI Trainee Technicians to support Wind Turbine Generator (WTG) Operations & Maintenance activities at our wind power project sites across India.

Selected candidates will work under experienced technical supervisors and gain practical exposure to Wind Turbine Preventive Maintenance, Mechanical & Electrical Systems, Inspection, Troubleshooting, Lubrication and Routine O&M; Activities.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

1. Wind Turbine Preventive Maintenance

- Assist in scheduled preventive maintenance of Wind Turbine Generators (WTGs) according to approved maintenance schedules and checklists.
- Support routine inspections, cleaning, lubrication, tightening and servicing of turbine components.

2. Mechanical Maintenance Activities

- Assist in the inspection and maintenance of gearboxes, bearings, mechanical assemblies, lubrication systems and associated WTG components.
- Support greasing, oil-level inspections, mechanical tightening and basic component condition checks.

3. Electrical Maintenance Activities

- Assist in inspecting electrical panels, motors, cables, connections,



sensors and associated electrical systems.
- Support electrical maintenance, visual inspections and basic troubleshooting under authorized technical supervision.

4. WTG Inspection & Troubleshooting

- Assist experienced technicians in identifying mechanical and electrical abnormalities during routine inspections.
- Report unusual noise, vibration, leakage, overheating or other equipment-related concerns to the technical supervisor.

5. Lubrication & Greasing Activities

- Support scheduled greasing, lubrication, oil-level checks and basic servicing of turbine mechanical components.
- Follow approved lubrication procedures, maintenance intervals and equipment manufacturer guidelines.

6. Tools & Equipment Management

- Maintain proper handling, cleanliness and safe storage of maintenance tools, instruments and equipment.
- Report damaged, defective or missing tools and equipment to the site supervisor.

7. Safety Compliance & Work-at-Height

- Strictly follow site safety regulations, PPE requirements, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures and approved work instructions.
- Participate in safety induction, toolbox talks and mandatory Work-at-Height training before undertaking authorized activities.
- Perform assigned tasks only after obtaining the required training, supervision, authorization and safety clearance.

Work-at-Height & Medical Fitness Requirements Wind turbine maintenance may involve working at significant heights, approximately 120 to 130 meters,



depending on turbine design and project requirements.

Candidates must

- Be willing and capable of undertaking Work-at-Height duties, subject to medical assessment and site requirements.
- Successfully complete applicable medical fitness assessments, safety induction and Work-at-Height training.
- Follow all prescribed fall-protection, rescue, emergency response and site safety procedures.
- Obtain the required authorization before performing any work at height.

Important: Deployment to Work-at-Height activities will be subject to successful medical clearance, mandatory safety training and applicable site authorization.

- Fresh Diploma holders in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
- Fresh ITI candidates from Fitter or Electrician trades.
- Basic understanding of mechanical or electrical maintenance concepts.
- Willingness to learn Wind Turbine Operations & Maintenance activities.
- Ability to work under technical supervision and follow safety instructions.
- Willingness to relocate and work at PAN India Wind Power Project Sites.
- Positive attitude, discipline, teamwork and commitment to technical skill development.
