We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can manage SEO, Social Media, and Paid Campaigns. This role is open for Work From Office (Lucknow) and Work From Home both. If you are passionate about growing brands online, we want you.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (SEO, SEM, SMM)
- Manage Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads - optimize for ROAS
- Perform SEO Audits, Keyword Research, On-Page & Off-Page optimization using Ahrefs, SEMrush, GSC
- Manage social media calendars, content, and community engagement




- Track performance using GA4, Google Search Console, Meta Business Manager
- Collaborate with design/content team for creatives & landing pages
- Create weekly performance reports with insights

Requirements / Qualifications
- 2+ years experience in Digital Marketing (Agency experience preferred)
- Hands-on with Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, SEO tools
- Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Analytics, Social Media Marketing
- Basic knowledge of Canva / Content planning is a plus
- Excellent communication and analytical skills
- Must have own Laptop & Internet for WFH
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing/Business or equivalent experience
