Job Title: Digital Marketing Project Coordinator

Job Summary:

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Digital Marketing Project Coordinator to manage and coordinate digital marketing projects. The candidate will act as a bridge between clients and internal teams, ensuring smooth project execution, timely delivery, and effective communication.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong coordination abilities, and preferably experience working in a digital marketing company or handling digital marketing projects.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate and manage digital marketing projects from initiation to completion.
- Work closely with internal teams, including SEO, Social Media, Content, Graphic Design, Web Development, and other marketing teams.
- Communicate with international clients to understand project requirements, updates, and expectations.
- Prepare project plans, track deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of tasks.
- Monitor project progress and coordinate with team members to resolve delays or challenges.
- Ensure proper resource allocation and smooth coordination between different departments.
- Share regular project updates and reports with management and clients.




- Maintain project documentation, task records, and progress reports.
- Ensure that project deliverables meet client expectations and agreed timelines.

Requirements:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Project Coordination, preferably in a Digital Marketing or IT Services company.
- Candidates with experience handling SEO, Social Media Marketing, Content Marketing, PPC, or other digital marketing projects will be preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good client-handling and interpersonal skills, especially when dealing with international clients.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple teams and manage project deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Management, Marketing, or a related field.
- Smart freshers with excellent communication skills and a willingness to learn are also welcome.
