About the role

We sell kidswear to clothing brands overseas. You’ll help us find current international buyers and start conversations with them. Full training is given; no garment knowledge needed.

What you’ll do

- Research overseas clothing brands using Google, LinkedIn and trade show lists
- Find decision-maker contacts and maintain a lead sheet
- Send personalised emails and LinkedIn messages, and follow up
- Handle Alibaba enquiries (training given)
- Report weekly progress against targets

Who we want

- MBA (Marketing / International Business), freshers or up to 2 years’ experience
- BBA (International Business) graduates with strong English may also apply
- Excellent written English (most important)
- Comfortable with Google Sheets, email and LinkedIn
- Disciplined, patient, and willing to follow a process

? Salary: ₹20,000–25,000 per month fixed + monthly incentive on leads and orders ? Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM, Monday to Saturday

? Probation: 3 months, with full training and weekly targets

? Growth: top performers move to a senior role with higher pay
