Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Executive who can drive organic traffic, generate quality B2B and B2C leads, and improve our online presence through SEO, LinkedIn and other digital marketing channels.

The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in organic lead generation, LinkedIn marketing, SEO strategies and digital campaign management.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate quality B2B and B2C leads through organic marketing channels, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
- Manage LinkedIn activities, including company page growth, networking, organic outreach and LinkedIn Ads.
- Identify potential customers, decision-makers and business opportunities.
- Plan and execute organic lead generation strategies through SEO, content marketing, LinkedIn and email marketing.
- Perform keyword research, on-page and off-page SEO to improve website rankings and organic traffic.
- Improve website visibility and generate enquiries through search engines.
- Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.




- Develop engaging content and digital strategies to increase brand awareness and audience engagement.
- Track website traffic, lead generation performance, campaign results and conversions.
- Work with the sales team to improve lead quality and conversion rates.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Lead Generation.
- Strong knowledge of SEO, organic lead generation and keyword research.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn marketing and organic lead generation.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator and LinkedIn Ads.
- Understanding of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and SEO tools.
- Knowledge of Google Ads, Meta Ads and social media marketing.
- Good understanding of B2B and B2C marketing strategies.
- Positive communication, analytical and research skills.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with proven experience in organic lead generation, SEO, LinkedIn marketing and generating quality business enquiries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
