Career Zone is an established coaching and training institute located in Rajajinagar, Bangalore. We provide coaching for 8th, 9th & 10th standard, 1st & 2nd PUC Commerce, B.Com, BBA, BCA, ACCA and UGC NET, along with professional training programs.

We are looking for a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive to manage and improve our institute's digital presence, generate enquiries and promote our educational courses online.

Roles & Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

- Manage Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Create attractive promotional posts, reels and stories.
- Plan and maintain a monthly social media content calendar.
- Regularly publish course-related content, student testimonials and educational posts.
- Improve social media engagement and brand visibility.

2. Content Creation & Graphic Designing

- Create creative posters, banners, advertisements and promotional content.
- Design Instagram posts, reels covers and carousel posts using Canva.
- Write engaging captions, promotional content and relevant hashtags.
- Develop content for different courses offered by Career Zone.

3. SEO – Search Engine Optimisation

- Perform keyword research for coaching and educational courses.
- Optimise website pages, titles, meta descriptions and headings.
- Work on On-page SEO and Off-page SEO.
- Improve Google search visibility and local SEO rankings.
- Optimise Google Business Profile and publish regular updates.
- Monitor website performance using Google Search Console and Google Analytics.





4. Video Editing & Reels Creation

- Edit Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts and promotional videos.
- Create educational videos, course promotion videos and faculty introduction videos.
- Add subtitles, transitions, background music and appropriate effects.
- Edit student testimonials and classroom activity videos.

5. Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

- Assist in planning and executing Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
- Create promotional creatives for advertisements.
- Monitor campaign performance and lead generation.
- Suggest strategies to increase student admissions and course enquiries.

Required Skills
- Practical knowledge of Digital Marketing.
- Good knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
- Hands-on experience with Canva.
- Video editing skills using CapCut, Premiere Pro or similar tools.
- Knowledge of Instagram and Facebook marketing.
- Basic knowledge of WordPress website management.
- Knowledge of Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
- Good English content writing and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications
- Any Degree / Diploma / Certification in Digital Marketing.
- 1–3 years of practical experience preferred.
- Candidates with a portfolio of previous work will be given preference.
- Creative thinking and independent working ability.
