We are looking for a creative and organized Digital Marketing Coordinator to support digital marketing, branding, social media, creative design, and event-related activities. The candidate will coordinate with internal teams, external agencies, and vendors to ensure timely execution of marketing activities while maintaining brand guidelines and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate social media content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and X as per the approved content calendar.

- Create and edit basic marketing creatives, including social media posts, emailers, banners, presentations, posters, and internal communication materials.

- Coordinate with internal departments, marketing agencies, and designers for campaigns and marketing requirements.

- Support branding activities for events, exhibitions, branch offices, promotional stalls, and other marketing initiatives.

- Ensure marketing communication follows approved brand guidelines and applicable compliance requirements.

- Coordinate with printers, agencies, designers, and vendors for quotations, artwork, and timely deliveries.

- Obtain and compare at least three competitive vendor quotations wherever applicable.

- Negotiate vendor pricing, timelines, and deliverables while maintaining quality standards.





- Track campaign schedules, revisions, approvals, and final execution.

- Maintain records of marketing activities, vendor communications, and project updates.

Requirements

- Graduate in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field.

- 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing coordination, or a similar role preferred.

- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing activities.

- Familiarity with Canva, Photoshop, or other basic graphic design tools.

- Positive communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

- Attention to detail and a creative approach to marketing activities.
