We are looking for a creative, research-oriented, and results-driven Digital Marketing & B2B Lead Generation Executive to strengthen our digital presence and generate qualified international business opportunities.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Marketing & Content Creation

- Develop and manage content for LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube.
- Create professional social media posts, graphics, reels, and short-form videos.
- Plan and execute content calendars and social media campaigns.
- Write engaging captions, marketing copy, and promotional content.
- Monitor social media performance, engagement, and audience growth.

International B2B Lead Generation

- Research and identify potential international buyers, importers, distributors, and wholesalers.
- Generate leads using LinkedIn, Google, industry directories, trade platforms, and social media.
- Conduct personalized outreach through LinkedIn, email, and other professional communication channels.
- Identify decision-makers and establish initial contact with potential customers.
- Qualify enquiries and coordinate with the export sales team for further negotiations.
- Maintain accurate prospect databases,



CRM records, and follow-up schedules.
- Research international market trends, competitors, and buyer requirements.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, social media marketing, or B2B lead generation.
- Solid written and verbal English communication skills.
- Proficiency in Canva and basic graphic design/video editing tools.
- Experience with LinkedIn prospecting, email marketing, and lead-generation platforms.
- Ability to research international markets and identify relevant business prospects.
- Familiarity with social media analytics, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
- Strong creativity, attention to detail, and organizational skills.
- Experience in export businesses, manufacturing, building materials, or natural stone will be an advantage.
