Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Digital Marketing and Field Marketing role based in Hosur. The role involves planning and executing digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online channels to promote ERP and business automation solutions. Day-to-day tasks include managing social media profiles, creating marketing content, tracking campaign performance with web analytics tools, and optimizing strategies for lead generation and brand visibility.

The role also requires field marketing activities such as meeting potential clients,



supporting local events or demonstrations, and collaborating with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities. The team member will coordinate closely with product and service specialists to ensure marketing messages are accurate, clear, and aligned with customer needs.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Digital Marketing and Online Marketing, with experience running campaigns for technology or B2B services.
- Proficiency in Social Media Marketing, including content planning, posting, engagement, and community management.
- Ability to use Web Analytics tools to monitor performance, generate reports, and refine marketing strategies.
- Excellent Communication skills for client interactions, presentations, and cross-functional collaboration.
- Knowledge of basic marketing principles, lead generation, and brand positioning.
- Comfort working in office in Hosur and conducting field visits, client meetings, and local marketing activities.
- Prior experience in ERP, software, or IT services marketing is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple campaigns, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
