DIGITAL COMMERCE & GROWTH MANAGER (REMOTE - INDIA)
About the Role
We are looking for a commercially-minded Digital Commerce & Growth Manager to help grow the online sales channels of Ikwetta, a Kenyan lifestyle brand specializing in handcrafted leather bags, footwear, accessories and apparel.
This role will own the performance of our digital sales channels and work closely with the founder to improve revenue, conversion rates and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities
- Shopify management and merchandising
- Product uploads and collection management
- Shopify SEO and website optimization
- Meta Ads management (Facebook & Instagram)
- Email marketing (Klaviyo)
- WhatsApp commerce and customer engagement
- Content planning and campaign coordination
- Working with content creators and influencers
- Weekly reporting and performance analysis
Ideal Candidate
- 3-5+ years experience in e-commerce, growth, or digital commerce
- Experience working within a Shopify-based DTC brand
- Background in fashion, footwear, accessories, lifestyle or apparel brands
- Solid understanding of Meta Ads, Shopify and email marketing
- Comfortable managing projects and teams remotely

Remote (India)
Travel
Occasional travel to Kenya may be required, approximately once every 6-9 months depending on business needs.
