Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Diagnostic Marketing Executive to promote the hospital's diagnostic services, develop business relationships, and generate revenue through increased patient referrals and corporate tie-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Promote diagnostic services, including laboratory tests, pathology, radiology, and other available diagnostic facilities.
- Visit clinics, hospitals, nursing homes, doctors, and corporate organizations to generate business.
- Develop and maintain relationships with doctors, healthcare professionals, and referral partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and achieve monthly marketing targets.
- Promote health check-up packages and preventive health screening programs.
- Coordinate with the laboratory and diagnostic departments to ensure smooth service delivery.




- Conduct field marketing activities and maintain regular follow-ups with clients.
- Prepare daily visit reports, lead records, and monthly performance reports.
- Monitor market activities and competitor services to identify growth opportunities.
- Ensure qualified communication and ethical marketing practices.

Required Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline; a qualification in Marketing or Healthcare Management is preferred.
- Experience in diagnostic, pathology, laboratory, hospital, or healthcare marketing is preferred.
- Good communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Willingness to travel for field visits within Lucknow and nearby areas.
