Role Overview

- Job Title: AI Implementation Engineer (Senior Associate)
- Location: Pune / Gurugram, India (Full-Time)
- Core Focus: AI Agent Design, Enterprise Integration, Security & DevOps

:

- Design, build, deploy, and manage AI agents using Azure AI Foundry and Copilot Studio
- Implement and configure Copilot Studio agents for business workflows, automation, and user interactions
- Leverage Azure MCP (Model Context Protocol) to enable secure context sharing, orchestration, and tool integration for AI agents
- Integrate AI agents with enterprise applications, APIs, and data sources
- Implement identity and access management (IAM) using Azure AD (Entra ID), managed identities, RBAC, and OAuth flows

Work with Azure DevOps to:

- Create and maintain CI/CD pipelines
- Manage source control, builds, and releases
- Automate infrastructure and deployment workflows
- Develop and maintain backend logic and integrations using Python (intermediate proficiency)
- Write and optimize SQL queries for data access, analytics, and agent context enrichment
- Monitor, debug, and optimize AI agent performance, reliability, and cost

Essential skills

- Hands-on experience deploying AI agents using Azure AI Foundry
- Experience building and managing agents in Copilot Studio
- Experience with Azure MCP (Model Context Protocol) for AI agent architectures
- Strong understanding of Identity Management:
- Azure AD (Entra ID)
- Managed identities
- Authentication & authorization concepts
- Experience with Azure DevOps (Repos, Pipelines, Boards, CI/CD)
- Intermediate experience in Python for backend logic, integrations, and automation
- Intermediate experience in SQL, including performance tuning and complex queries
- Valuable understanding of REST APIs and service integrations
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking
- Ability to work independently and in cross-functional teams
- Clear communication and documentation skills
