Job Location: Malad West, MumbaiJob DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Desktop Support Engineer L2 to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for providing L2 technical support, troubleshooting desktop-related issues, and ensuring smooth IT operations for end users.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Troubleshoot Windows OS, software, hardware, and connectivity issues.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot desktop applications and software.
- Troubleshoot LAN, Wi-Fi, printer, and other basic network-related issues.
- Handle user account, password, and access-related issues.
- Troubleshoot Microsoft Office / Microsoft 365-related issues.




- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and replacement coordination.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate support teams.
- Maintain proper documentation of incidents and resolutions.
- Follow IT support procedures, SLA requirements, and escalation processes.

Required Skills
- 1.5+ years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support / Technical Support.
- Good knowledge of Windows OS and desktop troubleshooting.
- Knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and peripheral troubleshooting.
- Basic knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN and TCP/IP.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a 6-day working environment.
