We are looking for Desktop Support Engineers to provide technical assistance and support for computer systems, hardware, software and network-related issues. Freshers and candidates with basic technical knowledge are welcome to apply.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Provide technical support for desktop and laptop systems.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software-related issues.
- Install and configure operating systems and applications.
- Assist users with basic network connectivity issues.
- Identify and resolve technical problems.
- Maintain IT equipment and system records.
- Coordinate with the technical team for issue resolution.
- Provide timely technical assistance to users.

Eligibility Criteria




- Freshers and candidates with basic technical knowledge can apply.
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
- Knowledge of Windows operating systems is preferred.
- Basic networking knowledge is an advantage.
- ITI, Diploma or Graduate qualification in a relevant field is preferred.
- Good communication and troubleshooting skills.

Salary Details
- Fresher / Basic Knowledge: ₹2.40 LPA (CTC).
- Experienced: ₹3 LPA (CTC).

Working Hours General Shift: 10 AM to 7 PM.
