Role & responsibilities

1. Graphic Design & Creative Development

- Create innovative and visually appealing designs for corporate gifts, customized products, wall art, calendars, posters, packaging, and promotional materials.
- Develop creative concepts based on client requirements and design briefs.
- Design personalized artwork, product mockups, illustrations, and marketing creatives.
- Work on image editing, photo manipulation, retouching, and artwork enhancement.
- Create unique design concepts for new product development.
- Adapt existing artwork into different sizes, layouts, and product formats.

2. Product Design & Customization

- Design artwork for customized corporate gifts, doctor gifting products, decorative products, and promotional merchandise.
- Prepare product mockups and realistic visual presentations for client approvals.
- Work on layouts for printing, engraving, laser cutting, and other production processes.
- Ensure correct dimensions, proportions, alignment, and artwork quality.
- Customize designs with client logos, branding, names, and other requirements.
- Coordinate with the production team to ensure designs are practical and manufacturing-ready.

3. Print & Production Artwork

- Prepare high-resolution, print-ready files in CMYK, RGB, PDF, AI, PSD, CDR, and other required formats.
- Understand bleed, margins, resolution, colour profiles, and printing specifications.
- Create vector artwork, cut lines, and production layouts.
- Check artwork for errors before sending files for production.
- Make corrections and modifications based on client and production feedback.

4. Image Editing & Digital Artwork

- Perform professional background removal, image enhancement, colour correction, and photo retouching.
- Convert reference images into illustrations, line art, and other required artistic styles.




- Create and modify digital artwork for different product categories.
- Maintain visual consistency and quality across multiple designs.
- Use AI-assisted design tools where appropriate to improve creativity and efficiency.

5. Team Coordination & Project Management

- Coordinate with sales, marketing, and production teams to understand design requirements.
- Manage multiple design projects and deliver artwork within deadlines.
- Implement design revisions based on client feedback.
- Maintain organized design files, source files, and final production artwork.
- Support new product development with creative ideas and design suggestions.

Required Qualifications & Skills

- Diploma or Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field.
- 13 years of professional graphic design experience.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and CorelDRAW is preferred.
- Good knowledge of image editing, vector illustration, typography, and layout design.
- Understanding of print production, colour modes, artwork sizing, and file preparation.
- Ability to create realistic product mockups and customized designs.
- Robust creative thinking, attention to detail, and visual design skills.
- Ability to work independently and complete projects within deadlines.
- Experience using AI design tools is an added advantage.
- Experience in printing, corporate gifting, product customization, or manufacturing is preferred

The ideal candidate should be comfortable working on multiple product categories, creating customized artwork, editing images, preparing production-ready files, and coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate execution.
