Role & responsibilities

- Design and route High Voltage (HV) and Low Voltage (LV) wiring harnesses for electric vehicles.

- Develop 3D harness routing, geometric bundles, branch routing, clips, connectors, and mounting arrangements.

- Work on CATIA 3DEXPERIENCE, Creo, or equivalent harness design tools.

- Prepare 2D manufacturing drawings, harness layouts, Bill of Materials (BOM), and design documentation.

- Support electrical integration of BMS, inverter, On-Board Charger (OBC), DC-DC converter, and other vehicle electrical components.

- Ensure harness routing feasibility, packaging, bend radius, clearances, abrasion protection, and serviceability.

- Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, packaging, manufacturing, and supplier teams.

- Support design reviews, engineering changes, drawing releases, and production-related issues.

- Follow applicable automotive electrical and HV safety requirements.
