Role Description The Design Engineer will be responsible for developing and detailing component and assembly designs that align with client specifications and manufacturing capabilities. Day-to-day tasks include creating and modifying CAD models and drawings, collaborating with production and quality teams to ensure manufacturability, and optimizing designs for laser cutting, sheet metal fabrication, and CNC machining. The role involves reviewing technical requirements, selecting appropriate materials and processes,



and supporting prototype development through to final production.

The Design

Engineer will also assist in continuous improvement initiatives, documentation updates, and adherence to safety and quality standards. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Design Engineering and Product Design skills for developing practical, manufacturable solutions.
- Candidates should possess Mechanical Engineering expertise for material selection, tolerance analysis, and understanding of fabrication and machining processes.
- Candidates should possess proficiency in Computer-Aided Design (CAD) tools (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar) for 2D drawings and 3D modeling.
- Candidates should possess basic Electrical Engineering knowledge where relevant to integrated mechanical-electrical assemblies.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Production Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience in sheet metal design, laser cutting, and CNC machining environments is highly beneficial.
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings, international standards, and client specifications accurately.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams on-site.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills in English; familiarity with manufacturing documentation and reporting.
