Role & responsibilities :-

- Managing Inward and outward SEBI correspondences

- SEBI communication tracking and escalation

- Maintain PO/DD list of members

- Monitoring FIU Alerts, disseminate FIU Guidelines to members as and when applicable

- Organize and manage PML compliances

- Administrative Support and assistance in high impacting Compliance initiatives

- Handling documentation of correspondence between Exchange and the SEBI

- Managing custody of agreements/undertaking

- Drafting Board Agendas

- Administrative Support and assistance to CCO

Preferred candidate profile :-

Educational Qualification

- Post Graduate from a reputed Institute / University

Experience

- 5-8 years of experience
