Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end hospital operations - OPD, IPD, OT, Emergency, Diagnostics, Nursing, Admin
- Drive occupancy, revenue, cost control & profitability
- Lead NABH, quality, compliance & patient safety initiatives
- Liaison with Doctors, TPA/Insurance, Govt. bodies & corporate clients
- Lead and mentor HODs & ensure manpower productivity
Preferred candidate profile
- Education: MHA / MBA in Hospital Management preferred. MBBS Doctor with management role experience will be an added advantage
- Experience: 12-20 Yrs in hospital ops, with 3-5 Yrs as Dy. CEO / COO / Medical Superintendent in 150+ bedded hospital
- Must have handled P&L; & large team. Solid knowledge of NABH & hospital KPIs.
