Job Purpose

We are looking for reliable, motivated, and punctual Delivery Partners to handle last-mile deliveries. In this role, you will be responsible for picking up orders from designated hubs or partner locations and safely distributing them to end customers within specified timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Order Fulfillment: Safely collect orders (food, groceries, e-commerce packages, or documents) from the hub/merchant and deliver them to customers promptly.
- Route Optimization: Utilize navigation apps to find the most efficient routes to ensure on-time delivery.
- Customer Service: Maintain a polite and professional attitude when interacting with customers during delivery drop-offs.
- Cash/Digital Handling: Manage cash-on-delivery (COD) collections or digital payment verifications accurately and deposit them securely with the hub.
- Compliance & Safety: Adhere strictly to local traffic regulations, speed limits, and safety protocols while operating your vehicle.
- App Usage: Efficiently update order statuses (picked up,



in transit, delivered) in real time using the delivery partner mobile application.

Requirements & Key Qualifications
- Vehicle Ownership: Must own a functional two-wheeler (Motorcycle/Scooter) or bicycle.
- Mandatory Documentation:

- Valid Driving License (DL) for two-wheelers.
- Vehicle Registration Certificate (RC Book) and valid Insurance.
- Aadhaar Card and PAN Card.

* Device: Must own an Android or iOS smartphone with an active internet connection for navigation and app usage.
- Skills: Basic knowledge of local geographical routes in Nashik, easy communication skills, and the ability to read address descriptions.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings, and occasional holidays.

Pay: ₹16,000.00 - ₹39,000.00 per month
