Required Experience & Skills

- 15+ years in IT services, digital engineering, or technology consulting.

- Strong retail domain knowledge and experience serving enterprise customers.

- Proven expertise in Java/J2EE application development and engineering delivery.

- Experience managing DevOps, application modernization, and managed services
- engagements.

- Demonstrated ability to manage CXO relationships, grow existing accounts, and drive
- revenue expansion.

- Solid understanding of AI/GenAI applications in software engineering, intelligent
- automation, and enterprise solutions.

- Robust delivery governance, commercial management, and leadership capabilities.

- Experience with fixed-price, managed services, and outcome-based engagements is
- preferred.
