Job Title: Analyst / Associate DEC Cash & Margins

We are looking for professionals with experience in Cash & Margin Operations and a basic understanding of Exchange-Traded Derivatives (ETD), Futures & Options, and collateral management.

The role involves managing client margin calls, cash and non-cash settlements, collateral movements, account balancing and reconciliation activities while ensuring timely processing within prescribed cut-off times.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle daily client margin calls and ensure timely settlement within prescribed cut-off times.
- Perform client margin and interest calculations.
- Manage cash movements, account balancing and wire transfer processing.
- Handle non-cash collateral and securities custody account settlements.
- Monitor securities inventory and cash positions.
- Perform Nostro reconciliation and investigate cash breaks.
- Interpret SWIFT messages and payment instructions.
- Conduct daily operational and regulatory reviews.
- Handle client queries and coordinate with counterparties and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare KPI reports,



identify process gaps and support operational control activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- 2–5 years of experience in Cash Management and Margin Operations.
- Hands-on experience in Margin Call processing and settlements.
- Basic understanding of Listed Derivatives, Futures and Options.
- Knowledge of Exchange-Traded Derivatives (ETD) clearing and settlement.
- Exposure to Collateral Management involving cash and securities.
- Understanding of cash settlements, reconciliation and payment processing.
- Knowledge of SWIFT messages will be an advantage.
- Intermediate proficiency in MS Excel.
- Solid analytical, numerical and communication skills.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
