We are looking to onboard bright, ambitious and driven individuals for two distinct opportunities within our Investment Banking / Merchant Banking division:
- Deal Origination
- IPO Syndication
These roles offer an opportunity to work closely with the capital markets ecosystem, gain exposure to IPO transactions, interact with key market participants and develop expertise in investment banking and merchant banking.
Role 1: Deal Origination
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and evaluate potential companies exploring equity fundraising and IPO opportunities.
- Develop business opportunities through market research, lead generation and industry mapping.
- Establish and nurture relationships with company promoters, founders, CFOs and senior management.
- Support business development initiatives and pitch merchant banking and IPO advisory services to prospective clients.
- Assist in preparing business proposals, client presentations and fundraising pitches.
- Build a pipeline of prospective clients and contribute towards securing new mandates.
Role 2: IPO Syndication
Key Responsibilities:
- Support IPO syndication and investor outreach initiatives.
- Develop relationships with institutional investors, HNIs, brokers and financial intermediaries.
- Assist in investor engagement and distribution activities for upcoming IPOs.
- Coordinate with investors and distribution partners throughout the IPO process.
- Track market activity, investor sentiment and IPO subscription trends.
- Support the expansion of the investor and distribution network.

- CA-qualified candidates and graduates/postgraduates from premier B-schools and reputed academic institutions.
- Strong academic track record and analytical aptitude.
