Eligibility Criteria

- Graduation is mandatory
- Freshers and candidates with up to 6 months of experience can apply
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required

Compensation & Advantages:

- Salary up to ₹31,000 CTC (based on interview performance and communication skills)
- 5 working days per week
- 2 rotational week offs

Depends on the performance the client will take the candidates on their payroll after 1.5-2 years by offering 30% hike on the spot

Shift Details

- Initial 2 months will be Day Shift
- Post training, candidates should be comfortable with 24×7 rotational shifts

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through Calls and Chat Support
- Assist customers with banking-related services and concerns
- Deliver accurate and timely resolutions
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
