- 10+ years of experience in HCM, HRIS, Payroll, and enterprise solution implementation.
- Strong expertise in Dayforce HCM and Payroll.
- Experience in Dayforce solution architecture, design, configuration, and implementation.
- Strong functional knowledge of Core HR, Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Workforce Management.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation, including requirement gathering, solution design, testing, integrations, and deployment.
- Knowledge of multi-country payroll processes and statutory compliance.
- Experience in client consulting, stakeholder management, and leading implementation teams.
- Solid communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
