- Experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, and Statistical Modeling.
- Robust proficiency in Python, SQL, and data visualization tools.
- Knowledge of predictive analytics and model development lifecycle.
- Experience in Insurance Broker, Health & Benefits, or related insurance domains is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving and stakeholder communication skills.
