Remote - 1 Month project

Role Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Data Scientist with strong expertise in machine learning, statistical modelling, and predictive analytics, preferably within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) domain. The candidate should be capable of translating business challenges into data-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and deploy machine learning and predictive analytics models.
- Work on demand forecasting, sales prediction, pricing optimisation, and customer segmentation.
- Analyse consumer behaviour, market trends, and supply chain data.
- Build solutions for inventory optimisation, promotion effectiveness, and revenue growth.
- Perform data cleaning, feature engineering, statistical analysis, and model validation.
- Collaborate with business and engineering teams to deliver scalable data science solutions.





Required Skills:

- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Data Science and Machine Learning.
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Pandas, NumPy and Scikit-learn.
- Experience with statistical modelling, regression, classification, clustering, and forecasting techniques.
- Hands-on experience with ML frameworks and cloud-based data platforms.
- Valuable understanding of CPG business processes, including sales, demand planning, supply chain, and trade promotions.
- Experience in communicating analytical insights to business stakeholders.

Preferred: Experience with Databricks, PySpark, Azure/AWS, MLOps, and GenAI applications.
