These BAs are required to augment execution team who has been mandated to deliver the Data Risk Treatment Plan / Remediation Plan & associated book of work for the business. Key activities that the BA will be performing include but not limited to:
- Understand the data regulations (including but not limited to those relating to Record retention, retrieval, completeness/ accuracy, and disposal) and apply them in the context of the Institutional Banking business.
- Perform Discovery and gap analysis of the current state vis-à-vis the above-mentioned data regulations.
- Develop solution options and conduct options analysis.
- Implement the solution / changes to perform actual remediation/disposal.
The book of work is more business-oriented and will require significant collaboration with the Process Owners, Product Owners, Operations Team and Compliance
