We're Hiring | Data Management Analyst

We are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Data Management Analyst to organize, maintain, validate, and analyze business data to support accurate reporting and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and maintain large datasets from multiple sources.
- Analyze and validate data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.
- Identify data discrepancies, duplicates, and trends.
- Maintain databases, spreadsheets, and structured data records.
- Prepare reports and provide meaningful insights to support business operations.
- Use MS Excel and other relevant tools for data processing and analysis.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data quality and timely updates.

Requirements:





- Minimum 4-5 years of relevant experience in data management or data analysis.
- Strong knowledge of Advanced MS Excel.
- Familiarity with data cleaning, validation, and reporting.
- Knowledge of SQL or Power BI will be an added advantage.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
