Key Roles and Responsibilities

1. Product Data Management

- Enter and update jewellery product details in ERP/POS systems.
- Maintain records of product specifications such as metal type, purity, weight, diamond/gemstone details, size, and SKU codes.

- Inventory Management

- Record stock entries, transfers, and dispatches.
- Update inventory movement for raw materials, finished jewellery, and gemstones.
- Monitor stock discrepancies and report variances.

- Purchase and Vendor Records

- Enter purchase orders, invoices, and vendor details.
- Maintain records of gold, diamond, gemstone, and packaging purchases.

- Sales Data Entry

- Record sales transactions and customer orders.
- Update billing information, returns, exchanges, and repair orders.

- Gold and Diamond Weight Tracking

- Maintain accurate records of gross weight, net weight, stone weight, and metal loss.
- Verify weight-related data before system entry.

- Catalog and Product Listing Support

- Upload product information, images, and descriptions to internal systems, websites, and marketplaces.
- Ensure product data consistency across all platforms.





- Data Verification and Quality Control

- Cross-check product codes, pricing, certifications, and inventory records.
- Identify and correct data entry errors.

- Documentation and Record Keeping

- Maintain digital and physical records of invoices, certificates, purchase orders, and stock reports.
- Organize files for audits and compliance requirements.

- Report Generation

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory and sales reports.
- Generate stock aging, movement, and reconciliation reports.

- Coordination with Departments

- Work closely with merchandising, production, inventory, sales, and accounts teams.
- Ensure timely updates of product and inventory information.

- Data Security and Confidentiality

- Maintain confidentiality of pricing, customer information, inventory levels, and business data.
- Follow company policies for data protection.
