Position: Data Entry Operator – Medical Records Department (MRD)

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Negotiable, depending on experience)

Ma Sarada Hospital is looking for a sincere, detail-oriented and computer-proficient candidate for its Medical Records Department (MRD). The selected candidate will be responsible for maintaining, updating and managing patient medical records and ensuring accurate data entry and documentation.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and update OPD and IPD patient details in the hospital's software/system.
- Maintain and organise patient medical records, admission and discharge records.
- Ensure accurate data entry of patient information, diagnosis, treatment details and other relevant documentation.
- Scan, upload and maintain digital copies of medical documents.
- Assist in maintaining and retrieving patient records whenever required.
- Ensure proper filing, indexing and record management.
- Maintain confidentiality and security of patient information.




- Coordinate with different hospital departments for medical documentation and record-related activities.

Key Skills

- Good knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and basic computer operations.
- Positive typing speed with accuracy.
- Basic knowledge of data entry and documentation.
- Attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to handle patient records systematically.
- Good communication and coordination skills.

Eligibility & Requirements

- Minimum Qualification: Higher Secondary (10+2); Graduate candidates will be preferred.
- Basic computer knowledge is essential.
- Previous experience in hospital Medical Records Department (MRD), hospital data entry or healthcare documentation will be preferred.
- Freshers with good computer skills may also apply.
- Must be sincere, disciplined, responsible and willing to learn.

Salary ₹7,000 – ₹10,000 per month (Negotiable, depending on experience and suitability).
