Manager – Job Responsibilities

- Manage daily store operations and maintain stock records.

- Handle the receipt, storage and issuance of raw materials, finished goods and other items.

- Maintain proper inward and outward registers.

- Monitor stock levels and report shortages or excess stock.

- Conduct regular physical stock verification.

- Ensure proper storage, safety and maintenance of materials.

- Coordinate with the Purchase, Production and Accounts departments.

2. Data Entry & Bookkeeping Executive – Job Responsibilities

- Maintain daily financial and operational records.

- Enter purchase, sales, expense and payment details.

- Maintain vouchers, bills, invoices and supporting documents.

- Update Excel sheets and accounting software (Tally).

- Maintain customer and supplier ledger records.

- Assist in bank reconciliation and monthly account closing.

- Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports as required.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
