About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented Data Entry Executive to manage product-related entries and documentation across our Fragrance and Flavour units. The ideal candidate should have strong IT knowledge, excellent English proficiency and accuracy in data management

, ensuring smooth and efficient operations through the company's internal software systems.

Key Responsibilities

- Enter and maintain product formulations accurately in the company software.
- Record and update sample information, product details and related data .

- Create and maintain batch entries through the internal software system.
- Generate and prepare product labels using company software and ensure all label information is accurate before printing.





- Handle other software entries and product-related documentation as required.
- Ensure accuracy, consistency and timely updating of all entries and records.

- Coordinate with internal departments to obtain the necessary information for accurate data entry.

Candidate Profile

- Science Graduate (B.Sc. / M.Sc.)

preferred.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in data entry or software-based documentation.
- Robust IT knowledge and proficiency in computer applications .

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and data management software .

- English-medium educational background with excellent written and verbal English proficiency.
- Strong data entry accuracy, attention to detail and organisational skills .

- Ability to manage multiple entries efficiently and maintain accurate records.
- Experience in the fragrance, flavour or manufacturing industry will be an added advantage.
