Role Description This remote Data Analyst internship at MedTourEasy Bengaluru focuses on supporting data-driven decision-making for global healthcare insights. Interns will collect, clean, and organize healthcare and operational data from various sources, ensuring accuracy and consistency. They will perform basic data analysis, build reports, and contribute to dashboards that highlight trends and performance indicators for internal teams and partner providers.

Day-to-day responsibilities include assisting with data modeling tasks, running statistical analyses under guidance, documenting methodologies, and communicating findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders.



The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to continuous improvement of data processes, and learning best practices in healthcare analytics during the internship period.

Qualifications

- Strong analytical skills and foundational experience in data analytics for interpreting and presenting data-driven insights.
- Basic knowledge of statistics and statistical methods to support quantitative analysis and reporting.
- Understanding of data modeling concepts and ability to assist in designing or refining data structures.
- Clear communication skills to explain analytical findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with tools such as Excel, SQL, or data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) is beneficial.
- Enrollment in or completion of a degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage time effectively, and collaborate with diverse teams.
- Interest in healthcare analytics and global healthcare systems, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new methodologies.
