Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Data Analyst with strong expertise in Advanced Excel and Power BI to join our team for a leading telecom client in Navi Mumbai. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in data management, analysis, reporting, and dashboard development, with the ability to convert complex data into meaningful business insights.

Key Responsibilities

- Collect, consolidate, manage, and analysed data from multiple sources.
- Use Advanced Excel for data processing, analysis, and reporting.
- Develop, maintain, and manage interactive dashboards using Power BI.
- Perform data cleaning, validation, and quality checks to ensure data accuracy.
- Generate reports and actionable insights to support business decisions.
- Understand business requirements and coordinate with stakeholders for analytical reporting.
- Ensure timely delivery of reports and dashboards.

Required Skills & Qualifications




- 25 years of relevant experience as a Data Analyst.
- Strong hands-on experience in Advanced Excel.
- Practical experience in Power BI and dashboard development.
- Good understanding of data analysis, data management, and reporting.
- Ability to handle and analysed large datasets from multiple sources.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Telecom industry experience will be an added advantage.

Work Requirements
- Primarily work from the office at the client's Navi Mumbai location.
- Candidates must be comfortable with extended working hours and weekend work during the initial 23 months, depending on project requirements.
- The initial phase will involve intensive work on critical business deliverables.
- Candidates should demonstrate ownership, flexibility, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal Candidate A proactive and hands-on Data Analyst with strong Excel and Power BI skills, excellent analytical abilities, and the flexibility to join immediately. Immediate joiners are highly preferred.
